Conference Topics

COSI 2026 is organized around the following five topics, with a non-exhaustive list of associated keywords. In the 2026 edition of COSI, we wish to encourage articles that implement concepts and methodologies from multiple scientific disciplines. Indeed, many research questions today require expertise from several scientific fields, including, among other, astrophysics, molecular chemistry, biology, and the social sciences, in interaction with computer science. Artificial intelligence, big data analytics, as well as optimization or decision-support algorithms often form the cornerstones of this interdisciplinarity. With respect to general application domains, our aim is to get original papers on applied use-cases that make intensive application of one or several of the previous topics, using preferably the most recent results of research.
