All papers must be submitted in both LaTeX and PDF formats.
Please use the provided conference templates: extended abstracts (Download Format) or full papers (Download format .tex).
Full papers should be 4 to 6 pages long, including references, figures, and tables, and must adhere to the conference format.
Extended abstracts must be three pages.
Abstract Submission Guidelines
Presentation Format: All abstracts must be prepared for either oral or poster presentation and submitted in English.
Abstract Preparation: Abstracts should be prepared according to the ICMIA'25 template.
Submission Process: Abstract submissions must be completed online at https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ICMIA2025
Review Process: Submitted abstracts will undergo a review by the conference’s scientific committee. Each abstract will be evaluated by at least two referees.
Abstracts Book: Abstracts that are approved by the scientific committee will be published in the scientific program and abstract book. In cases of multiple authors, the name of the person who submitted the abstract will be listed in the program.
Instructions for Submitting Your Communication to ICMIA'25
To submit your communication for ICMIA 2025, please carefully follow the steps below:
1. Visit the Submission Portal
Go to: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ICMIA2025
Log In or Create an Account:
If you already have a CMT account, click “Sign In.”
If you are new to CMT, click “Register” to create a new account.

2. Create a New Submission
Once signed in, click “Create New Submission” under the ICMIA 2025 conference.
Complete the Submission Form
Title: Enter the title of your communication.
Abstract: Provide a brief abstract summarizing your work.
3. Prepare and Upload Your Files
Important: Please make sure to use the official ICMIA 2025 LaTeX template when preparing your paper. The template is available below this section..
Then, upload the following:
1. ZIP Archive
Collect all files related to your submission - including the PDF, LaTeX source files (.tex), bibliography files (.bib), and any figures- into a single folder.
Compress the folder into a .zip archive.
2. PDF File
Upload a standalone PDF version of your paper, compiled using the conference template.
File Naming Convention
Name both your PDF and ZIP files using your first name and family name.
Example: Abdelaziz_Mennouni.pdf and Abdelaziz_Mennouni.zip
