For each accepted paper, one author must register, pay the registration fee, and personally present the paper at the conference. If the paper is not registered and presented at the conference, it will not be included in the conference proceedings even if accepted.

The registration of a second paper is subject to a fee of 4000 DA for in-person participation or 3000 DA for online participation.
