For each accepted paper, one author must register, pay the registration fee, and personally present the paper at the conference. If the paper is not registered and presented at the conference, it will not be included in the conference proceedings even if accepted. 

* Registration fees include: access to all conference sessions, conference e-proceeding,  lunchs and coffee breaks. 

Guidelines for registering accepted papers and abstracts will be provided at a later date.
