In line with the 2024–2026 strategic roadmap of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MESRS), the University of Batna 2 is advancing its mission to position academic research and innovation as key contributors to national economic development.
Within this framework, the First National University–Industry Forum (NUIF 2026) will be organized and hosted by the University of Batna 2.
The forum will take place in Batna, a historic city in northeastern Algeria and the capital of the Aures region. NUIF 2026 aims to serve as a dynamic platform bringing together academics, industry leaders, policymakers, and international partners to strengthen collaboration, foster technology transfer, encourage entrepreneurship, and promote sustainable innovation ecosystems.
Organized into oral presentations and poster sessions for submitted and accepted projects, workshops will be held to discuss contemporary concerns of project leaders regarding start-ups, patenting and promotion mechanisms for research results, and the importance of digitizing management processes for better university governance.
